Less likely and that's the reason we use to culture result to decide the antibiotic treatment. However, if you use the same antibiotic repeatedly for the same bacteria, they may develop resistance in time.

The bacteria will remain sensitive to the others antibiotics if they are not in the same class as the antibiotic that it became resistant to, such as an another penicillin or another cephalosporin.
