If your Hb is 8, you have anemia that has to be investigated properly before addressing it. Diastolic blood pressure is normal. Your doc is your best reference to initiate workup for your anemia in proper clinical context.

Agree with Dr. P. Your hemoglobin is low and warrants an evaluation to rule out internal bleeding. It would be prudent to see your doctor to ascertain the cause and proper treatment. Wish you good health!
