All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, difference between 6.4 and 6,6 is not meaningful. Wish you good health!

The small difference in the free-T level is probably not significant. However, you should have a complete infertility evaluation to determine why you are not able to conceive. See a gyn who specializes in infertilitu.

Testosterone is important in the reproductive health for men and woman. Too high or to low levels interfere with fertility. Your level of testosterone shouldn't be harmful Your gynecologist can advise you best.
