Antibiotic eye drops are usually safe to use in the ear, but ear drops are not safe to use in the eye because of pH and potential bacterial contamination. Are you sure it is the same infection? Best drops to use are the ones your examining doctor prescribes. https://walrus.com/questions/can-antibiotic-eye-drops-safe-to-use-in-the-ear
