Infant sleep: Hello. Since it is very hard to diagnose specific problems via this site, it is best to review any airway concern you may have with your pediatrician. Try to record the sounds your child sounds like. This can be very helpful for your doctor or a pediatric ENT specialist to confirm the etiology for the sounds. An airway evaluation may also be recommended.

Breathing: His high pitched sounds may be due to a narrowing of his windpipe. Have him checked by an ENT specialist.
