Sleep and breathing: Greetings. Sleep disorders and breathing are often linked. I see you have a history of snoring and are using a steroid nasal spray. Any location in the airway can cause the snoring but most commonly the occur within the upper airways of the nose and throat. If you are overweight, experience daytime sleepiness, and have had a witnessed apnea, a sleep study may be indicated. See your ENT doctor.
