There is major interaction between Effexor and Trazodone which can increased risk of prolonged QT syndrome and serotonin syndrome., especially you already have history of atrial fibrillation. The prescribed doses of both drugs are below average but you should talk to your cardiologist for further advice.

Fully agree with Dr Le, and would urge you to get the mix of many medications under control, as the interactions and side effects could be hazardous. Yes, get your cardiologist involved ASAP. But also, get a second opinion from another psychiatrist to clarify how the treatment program should be formatted. Good luck.
