Can someone please explain my mri results. t5-6 disc with small right parasagittal disc protrusion origin of the neural foramen is narrowed. t7-8 small left side disc protrusion which effaces a portion of the thecalsac. no cord deformity with either?

There is some wear and tear degeneration, degenerative disc changes, but no spinal cord compression. Not surgical and could be handled conservatively. But, talk to your doctors who know you best and get a clinical correlation.
