Assumption: I gather you describe an MRI of thoracic spine with presence of some discogenic abnormalities. The T2 lesion though would not be caused unless the disc is compressing the spinal cord. The findings require further evaluations, and more testing may result in better understanding. You may benefit from having a neurologist analyze all of this.
