Both kidneys show slightly thick renal sinuses. 13x15mm cyst with irregular wall and internal echoes at the lower pole in peri-medullary location. urinary bladder is thick walled (7mm) only mild back pain and nothing else. what report say?

What was the reason you had the ultrasound done? The kidney cyst is not a pure simple cyst. If you do not have a history of blood in the urine (hematuria), you can have the ultrasound repeated in 6 months. If hematuria is present , CT scan of the kidneys with IV contrast should be done. Slightly thick renal sinuses are not important. Thick bladder wall can be caused by previous bladder infection.
