See an internist for a glucose tolerance test, as frequent urination is common in diabetes type 2. At age 39 significant post voiding volume is not usually caused by prostate disease.

Time to see a different Urologist. Residual urine high or low depends many things, e.g. on total volume in bladder and amount voided,. If you had 100cc in bladder and voided30 then 70 is abnormal. If you had 500cc in bladder and voided 430 then 70 may not be abnormal if you don't have other symptoms. Call your Urologist and if not happy see another one.
