February 2019 lymph nodes inflamed up to 1 cm very very painful just cervical. i did a lot of analysis but nobody knows what i have. immunoglobulin m increased 240 (max 230), the rest are ok. disease started suddenly with cervical rigidity?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. IgM is likely irrelevant. It may not be a lymph node. If the lesion has lasted more than 2 years you may consider getting it removed. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
