I have huge swelling in spermatic cord/epidydymis starting from top of scrotum and goes all the way to the tail of epididymis. no pain and can't tell much difference in testicle other than bulgy structure near tail of epiydydmis when loose.any ideas?

You need to see a Urologist and evaluated for there can be many reasons including Varicocele causing this
