I am worry as i am a poor drug metabolizer, i check online if inherited two non functional cyp2d6 gene/alleles, it will produce little or no enzyme to metabolize antidepressant. does that mean the drug will stay forever in body and not eliminated?

Almost nothing stays for ever. Well maybe lead and mercury. Genes and other drugs that metabolize drugs can affect drug levels as can grapefruit juice. Check it out for meds you are on. And discuss with Dr.
