Steroid spray: Flixotide is fluticasone nasal spray commonly known as Flonase in the us. It and Nasonex (mometasone) are comparable in efficacy and safety and work about the same in the treatment of nasal congestion associated with sinus disease.

Recurrent sinusitis. I'm on Nasonex (mometasone) and nasal irrigation, but I get sinusitis every time I get a cold. 4 sinusitis in 4 months. What else I can do?
