I smoke a few times a week and have developed a wheeze afterwards i've used an inhaler (reliever) and it goes away instantly is this ok it's only when i smoke?

Wheezing when smoking suggests narrowing of the airways triggered by inhaled substances and stopping from smoking would be best as in time the inflammation caused by it may not respond anymore to the inhaler.
