Usually: ab phylline is not available in the US, but appears to be a form of caffeine-like stimulant that can have cardiac toxicity if you have heart disease or if not taken per instructions. It may have some fast acting effect. Montelukast is generally used as a long term medication to control inflammatory diseases like asthma. Same for the steroid inhaler. Both have minimal toxicities an MD should f/u.
