31 yo. i tried a coq10 supplement to help deal with cholesterol and a lack of energy, but all it did was make me urinate excessively. once i stopped using it, it was not an issue. what is the likely problem here?

Usually it does not do that but everyone reacts differently to meds. If you feel that is the cause of your problem stop it and try something else if you have a problem with high cholesterol and that too under the care of a MD
