Any bleeding that is not stopping on its own, especially after a week, should be looked at by a Dr in person, especially if taking blood thinners/aspirin. It may be that this skin has been disrupted over a small capillary bed and any movement or friction continues to reopen the wound. Try to cover it with a bandage that can prevent it rubbing against clothes, legs or other parts.
