It could happen, with true risk hard to predict. We just do not have enough experience with the disease to be sure. Having survived the disease you have natural immunity much stronger than that provided by the vaccines and more protective against variants. The vaccine booster may help protect you some, but the main issue is your chance of hospitalization of worse is minimal.
