Hi i have af and a pfo closure in 2010. i will soon be offered a pfizer covid booster. there have been rare reports of heart inflammation from the covid pfizer jab. am i at any more risk from heart inflammation than someone without these conditions?

Prior PFO closure has no influence on whether you will get myocarditis after the vaccine. Myocarditis tends to occur more often in younger adults rather than in older individuals and recovery is the rule. I would not think so. But your are at increased risk of dying if you get Covidh. Mask up and get the vaccination.
