Its regarding my feet, the area where the heal slopes into the rest of mt foot feels bruised and it feels like the tendon pulls tight if I don't walk for a while. Getting up in the morning is incredibly uncomfortable.

What do I do to help heal my injury? I believe it's a pulled tendon in my foot that's between my big toe and my ankle. I can't move my big toe up without pain, its slightly bruised and hurts to move. I'm an athlete, want to make sure its not serious.
