See a dentist: You likely have TMJ dysfunction. Someone with experience dealing with this (usually a dentist or oral surgeon) can work with you. Sometimes night guards can help decrease nighttime teeth clenching, a common risk factor. There are some exercises that may help, or you may need surgery.
