TMD?: 20's female w. Jaw pain aroused by opening mouth ; chewing might have temporal mandibular joint disorder w. Dysfunction of temporal mandibular joint. I have seen this disorder in young women w. Ipsilateral masseter muscle spasm in uppermost jaw of a chronically tilted head. Imo functional scoliosis, asymmetric shoulders, pelvic tilt, and joint hypermobility syndrome seem associated markers.
