I have been experiencing severe pelvic pains and cramps as well as bleeding and clotting ultrasound said 20mm endometrial line. symptoms subsided and it has been at least 1.2 months since my last period. what do i have?

I assume you had a transvaginal ultrasound. At your age a 20mm endometrial stripe usually indicates hyperplasia which is a benign buildup of the uterus lining. Your gynecologist can advise you best about this finding and your symptoms or whether a biopsy is advisable.
