The results are consistent with diffusion problem which is present in pulmonary fibrosis. If you have experienced exertional dyspnea, low oxygen in blood by ABGs and/or pulse oximetry and CXR or high resolutionCT scan shows intertitial lung disease, you do have idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.

Your RV/ TLC ratio is elevated, and your airflow measurements are normal. The DLCO adjusted for volume is normal. This may occur.w air trapping, associated with a number of conditions.
