Have been having headaches all day for couple days now, on and off. some are bad. nurse practitioner gave me antibiotics and said might be a sinus infections. have right eye pain. headache more on right side too, but all over as well occasionally?

Unless there is specific demonstration of sinus issues on clinical exam or imaging, you will NOT need, nor benefit from antibiotics. Your headaches are caused most likely by migraine, and a neurology consult should be sought. Wish you successful outcome.
