Not GI-related: Frontal headaches (above you eyes) are not related to any of the conditions you have , ie diverticulosis, peptic ulcers or low gall bladder ejection fraction. Sinus pain , even with normal xrays, is a more likely explanation.

Headaches: May be just plain old headaches, or cluster head aches, vs migraine head aches. May also still be sinusitis and not showing up on x-ray. Consider treating as sinusitis and see if it clears. It may take a full 14-21 days of treatment.
