Context is always needed in order to interpret labs. A mildly dehydrated state may explain listed labs. However an early trending abnormality cannot be ruled out. Your treating doc remains your best reference going forward.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, dehydration could explain some of the increases. The one value of concern is creatinine which usually does not increase with dehydration. Talk to your doctor about a repeat test.
