Positive hiv screener from blood donation, letter said most likely false positive. followed up w/ hiv screen 4th generation wrfx and that was negative for the virus & antibodies. do i need more testing? donation was 1y after last sexual encounter?

You should be fine. The 4th generation HIV test has very high sensitivity, almost 100%, it only missed 0.3%, i.e. it misses 3 out of 1,000 tests. Please note that no medical test has 100% sensitivity.
