The kidney damage from kidney stones (nephrolithiasis) is mostly irreversible but slow progression except in acute condition when stone causes ureteral obstruction and acute kidney injury then relieving the obstruction will improve the function. In you case, problem is chronic so low GFR will not be reversible but the change from January to March was likely due to change volume and blood pressure.
