By UPTODATE: "Clomiphene citrate (CLOMID) has been used off-label to attempt to increase sperm density in men with oligospermia or azoospermia and normal to mildly-low serum testosterone concentrations". Side effects of Clomid include hepatitis and increased liver enzymes.
