Not likely: You should be screened and evaluated for other causes of liver illness or gallbladder/pancreatic illness.

Pretty high: Minocycline is infamous for inflaming the liver in a few percent of folks treated with it. It's great for acne, but this might be a great time to look for some other treatment. I trust antibiotics are not the only treatment you are receiving for acne; without topical benzoyl peroxide, retinoic acid or something similar they will fail. Best wishes and stay proactive.

At 8 weeks pregnant went to ER for rapid heart rate. Cbc, metabolic pannel, troponin, ntprobnp, liver enzymes all normal. Ddimer very elevated at 3700. Ekg, PE CT and leg ultrasound normal. Should ddimer be further evaluated? If so, what to check?
