Upper wisdom tooth is sensitive to biting and touch. causing pain. the side that does not hurt has a back end. side that hurts has a sharp end and can feel my gums still like it has not came up all the way or just missing. should i be worried?

The side that hurts has a wisdom tooth that is not fully erupted with an angled edge that is sharp. At your age it is not going to erupt anymore so best advice is to have tooth extracted for better comfort.

Affected tooth malformed, broken, partially impacted, or decayed. See your Dentist. Referral to Oral Surgeon probably wise.
