How long till 750mg(250mg each) z pack to get out of your system? i've taken 2 days worth and i don't feel so well from it. dizzy and heart palpitations. i do suffer from anxiety so i'm not sure if it's that. last dose taken at 6:18pm tonight?

Quite a while. The 1/2 life is the time for 1/2 a med to exit the system and for this drug it is listed as 68 hrs. It takes 4-6 1/2 lives for a drug to be totally gone. If this is the cause it will be with you for a while. if you settle down sooner it is likely unrelated.

Zithromax does have a longer half life in the body so it could take several days for it to be cleared from your body. You are right that if you have a tendency to anxiety, some of your symptoms could be related. I recommend you notify your prescribing Dr if you are not continuing the drug , & go to ER ASAP if heart palpitations worsen/persist
