Getting pain in left arm & short breath after eating. arm pain occurs periodiically throughout day when not eating too. i have issues with c3and c4 spine that caused pinched nerve, wondering if related. short breath does not occur all the time?

Perhaps related to your cervical spine disease, but these symptoms also are of concern for cardiac pain, i.e. angina pectoris (reduced blood supply to heart muscle), which can lead to heart attack. It might be less serious, e.g. related to your upper GI tract. But don't take chances: get care ASAP. Good luck.
