My whole body hurts especially my back and left arm. i've been real gassy( burping a lot) and shortness of breath. hands go numb could shingles cause ?

No: R/o possible cervical radiculopathy, possible possible cardiac event possible shingles in evolution.

No: Shingles follows the distribution of a single nerve (dermatome) and is associated with a characteristic and painful rash. Doesn't sound like you have shingles to me.

Shngles unlikely: This sounds as if something may be going on in your cervical spine. You should go and see a doctor asap.
