I am having trouble with my bladder and the smell my urine.it's hard for me to hold it and when i do go pee it smells really strong and like ammonia.

Strong urine: Suggests either poor fluid intake or possible urinary tract infection. Increase fluid intake (water, cranberry juice) & see doc to have urine tested for infection. Try to avoid postponing urination as that can stretch bladder & weaken muscle allowing incomplete emptying, which may lead to infection.

Could be UTI: A health care provider can determine if you have a urine infection.
