Can i live with pilonidal cyst. with no surgery? is there any risk?

Maybe, for a while. These cysts tend to gradually increase in size triggering pain & possibly blocking the outlet. In rare cases they might self heal, but the majority will persist until the person cannot tolerate the discomfort & gets it fixed.
