I was helping out with a little boy this morning & one of his dogs scratched my arm. or so i thought. later it started i believe bruising but im not too sure & i would like to know if it is bruising?

Bruising and/or bleeding is definitely possible, an exam will be needed to determine the type of lesion. Majority of such lesions heal well in few days. If the dogs make you uncomfortable you have to make it clear in order to avoid such events in the future.
