Thick, yellow or green, smelly nails indicate that you have a fungal infection. You will need to get a prescription nail antifungal med which is painted on for 3-6 weeks in order to cure the infection. Avoid further episodes by wearing dry socks and changing them frequently, or wearing open shoes where the moisture can evaporate. Apply foot fungus spray daily.
