Are the nafld fibrosis scoring calculators accurate for negative predictive value? i am referring to nafld fibrosis score (nas), fib-4, apri, and bard. are they still accurate when ast and alt are within normal ranges and for late stage disease?

I would read about the calculator you are using at the site and read the references they cite. The ROC curve will include those with normal values. Discuss with your Dr. and team.
