Nasonex for 60 days becuz of allergies and headaches. can i use 1 spray in each nostril instead of 2? when i use 2 i feel it's too much as some leaks out and goes to the back of my throat. also is it possible for the steroids to affect vision?

If you think one spray each nostril is enough to control the symptoms you can proceed with that dose. If you have underlying eye problem such as glaucoma or early cataract, you should be careful with this drug; otherwise, it does not cause much problem for the vision.
