Headache, yes : Can be a symptom with the congestion of your nasal cavities and upper respiratory tract. Saline nasal washes and salt water gargles would help your symptoms together with painkillers and OTC antihistamines as loratadine or cetirizine, read the labels carefully and don't exceed recommended dosage and duration. If no improvement see your doctor for assessment and possible referral to an allergist
