The only way to know for sure if your blood sugar is low would be to check it when you are experiencing the fatigue. There are many reasons for fatigue besides a low blood sugar. Low blood sugar typically gives other signs and symptoms as well like feeling shaky, acutely anxious, etc. So, have your blood sugar checked to see if it is low-the treatment would be to eat something! Good luck!
