Are nsaids effective in treating non-viral myocarditis? it is known to be applicable in pericarditis, but i'm curious about myocarditis?

Not aware of any data on the value of NSAIDS in myocarditis. Because of their tendency to fluid and salt retention, would be careful before using particularly because of the possibility of impaired myocardial function before myocarditis is fully resolved.
