I have cloudy smelly discharge coming from my belly button. no peirceing and no redness or cuts. no surgeries. what could be the cause and what can i do to treat please?

Clean the navel with hydrogen peroxide twice a day, keep the area dry, especially after taking a shower, avoid bath tube in the meantime. If it does not dry up after three days, you can see a doctor by then. There is no need for antibiotic yet.
