Go to MD for ekg: I am not familiar with this particular instrument or with its accuracy.You should get a 12 lead EKG read out by a cardiologist for definitive diagnosis.

Single lead: A single lead system is primarily useful for rhythm. A QRS duration of 13ms is minimally increased(normal 12ms). You can't say much else from the device data.
