Two weeks ago i was diagnosed with dysuria and std. urine culture, vdrl, urine c/e came out ok. i'm taking antibiotics from 1 week with uropin tablet but still my sometimes come and go, no permanent relief. what is the reason behind this?

You were given Uroprin just for symptom relief because urine culture was negative. If STD is strongly suspected, you need to be treated with antibiotic(s) especially if urinalysis is positive (pyruria is present).
