Blood pressure is up, lots of head pressure(no pain), stiff neck, ears full and popping, feel shaky what could it be?

Sinusitis?: Sounds like a bad cold, Virus, sinusitis. When the eustacian tube (a tube which tries to keep pressure diff betw inner ear and mouth minimal) gets blocked by secretions one will have poppong. You certainly sound sick. Do you have any nasal discharge that is yellow or greenish, any fever?. You should see a Physician for a better opinion.
